The 49 Beach and Water Villas at Fushifaru are fusions of modern aesthetics and local Maldivian designs and architecture. There are Beach and Pool Villas both on sunrise and sunset that look out towards the crystal-clear turquoise lagoon. Five exquisite water-villas are located out in the lagoon, facing the kandu-olhi (channel).

All of the villas come with indoor and outdoor showers, a private veranda, outdoor dining furniture and outdoor sunbeds; among other standard amenities.

Dining experiences at Fushifaru offer flavors to suit every taste. The main restaurant “Korakali” spreads out a scrumptious buffet every morning for breakfast; and much palate pleasing variety of international cuisine later in the afternoon and evening for lunch and dinner. The “Raakani” Grill—named after the Spider Conch—grills and serves the finest array of meat and freshly caught seafood.

Guests can also grab light meals, Fushifaru’s signature cocktails, mocktails and detoxifying beverages from the Fanihandhi Bar. When at Fushifaru, it really is your choice on where to dine—any spot on the island or even out on the neighboring private sandbank can be arranged as well.

Fushifaru Kandu—a national Marine Protected Area that is home to three iconic dive sites in the country—is right beside the island. The Fushifaru Thila is rich with vibrant and colorful marine life including the frequent visiting manta rays, and unique cave formations—a true haven for diving enthusiasts and snorkelers. Above water, a variety of watersports activities await you, including semi-submarine, jet skis, kayaks and catamarans. The island has a multi-sports court, a fully-equipped gym that overlooks the Indian Ocean as well as an outdoor kids’ playground.
