Police arrest 1 in connection with violence in Hulhumale'

Police have arrested one in connection with the violence that occurred in the suburb of Hulhumale’ last night.

The incident was reported around 22:30 last night. The incident involved a group of people that entered into a flat in Hulhumale’. Police said that four suffered minor injuries due to the violence. No one was hurt seriously. 

The cause of the incident is yet to be determined. Police arrested a 25-year old local male in connection with the incident.

The incident is under investigation by the police.
