Under the Maldives Border Miles program, visitors will acquire points for each border crossing, and additional points for visits to celebrate special occasions.

The visitors enrolled in this program will move through three tiers – bronze, silver, and gold – as they acquire points, which will earn them special benefits and privileges.

THE TIERS:

  • Bronze: Aidha'
  • Silver: Anthara
  • Gold: Abaarana

The program was initiated by Maldives Immigration and developed with the support of tourism stakeholders.

The program will allow visitors to earn different benefits at resorts, as well as exclusive services.

Speaking at the inauguration, Tourism Minister Mausoom said that while resorts already have loyalty programs in place, he believes the Maldives Border Miles program will further enhance the existing programs and serve to improve Maldives’ visibility and boost arrivals.
