City hotel opened in Mandhoo

A city hotel has been opened in Mandhoo, a residential island in A. Dh. Atoll.

The city hotel, Fiyavalhu Maldives was officially opened by Tourism Minister Dr. Abdulla Mausoom.

Fiyavalhu Maldives is located in the southern end of Manadhoo, which has a population of approximately 500 people.

The hotel offers tourists a closer experience of Maldivian culture.

It has 44 villas in five categories; 12 garden villas, 12 deluxe garden villas, nine beach villas, four deluxe beach villas, five pool villas, and two family villas.

The hotel has a main restaurant – Koveli, and a pool café – Riya Café.

In addition to offering a closer experience of local culture, the hotel also offers excursion packages.
