HPA extends vaccine center timings for Ramadan

The Health Protection Agency (HPA) has extended the timings for vaccinations against COVID-19 during the month of Ramadan, after long queues formed up outside vaccine centers across the nation due to the reduced timeframe for vaccinations during the holy month. 

Vaccinations are being carried out in Ramadan from 21:00 to 23:00. HPA said that the timings were changed to last until 23:45. 

Vaccine centers are:

• Social Center: 21:00 to 23:45
• National Art Gallery: 21:00 to 23:45
• Parliament: 21:00 to 23:45
• Hulhumale' Vaccine Center: 21:00 to 23:45
• Vilimale' Youth Center: 21:00 to 23:45
• Senahiya: 21:00 to 23:45

The first dose of the Sinopharm vaccine will be administered at the Tree Top Hospital from 21:00 to 23:00.
