Mixed residential buildings to be developed in 2 areas in Male’

Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has made the decision to develop mixed-use residential buildings in two areas in the Maldivian capital, and has opened the opportunity for interested parties to submit proposals.

FDC said in an announcement that the opportunity to submit proposals is open for both local and foreign companies interested in the projects.

Project A is the 231,073.78 square foot Block 307. The plot area is 18,946. The maximum height is 14 floors.

Project B is the 173,229.56 square foot Block 319. The plot area is 14,288. The maximum height is 14 floors.

Interested parties can submit proposals for both projects, but to submit separate proposals for the two projects.

The bid security for each project is MVR 500,000 for local companies and USD 100,000 for foreign companies.

The deadline for submission of proposals is June 16.

Bid registration for the two projects need to be completed by 14:00 hours on April 29. Registration can be done online, and bid document will be shared via email on April 29.
