MTCC’s CEO Adam Azim has previously stated that the Guraidhoo project had been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but that work on the project was resumed under the “new normal”.

The project is valued at MVR 85.04 million.

MTCC states the project was conducted to solve the shortage of land facing Guraidhoo residents.
