AMIN Construction contracted to complete finishing work on police flats

AMIN Construction Pvt. Ltd has been contracted by Planning Ministry to complete work on the POLCO project – a housing project in Hulhumale’ Phase I for Maldives Police Service personnel. 

The agreement for the project was signed by Planning Ministry’s Director General Fathimath Shana Farooq and AMIN Construction’s Director Mohamed Irufan on Thursday afternoon.

The three towers built under the POLCO project collectively have 361 units. The average size of a unit is 1,100 square feet. 

The towers will also come equipped with a parking area, commercial area, and a multi-purpose hall. 

The project, managed by Planning Ministry and Maldives Police Service, is valued at MVR 274 million. 

AMIN Construction is required to complete the work within eight months.
