MTCC seeks 120 locals to work as laborers

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has opened applications for 120 laborers.

MTCC said in the vacancy announcement on Sunday that the company was seeking Maldivian citizens to work as laborers in sites decided by the company.

MTCC said that the candidates selected for the jobs will be offered a one-year contract, which will be subject to renewal based on performance.

The company is offering a monthly salary of MVR 10,300-MVR 13,700, with additional incentives including food and accommodation, medical insurance and pension scheme.

Anyone who has completed primary education, is interested in working in the construction industry, is able to work long hours, and willing to work in sites determined by the company is eligible to apply, said MTCC.

MTCC has asked interested candidates to come with their CV and ID card copy to the Open Day the company is holding at the MTCC Terminal in Hulhumale’ on Tuesday.
