BML changes credit card eligibility criteria; MVR 4,000 set as minimum monthly income

Bank of Maldives (BML), on Thursday, has announced positive changes to the bank’s credit card eligibility criteria – with MVR 4,000 set as minimum monthly income required from an applicant to be eligible.

Prior to this, the minimum monthly income required to be eligible for BML’s credit card was set at MVR 7,500.

With the new changes – the bank has also kicked off promotion was new applicants. In this regard, those applying for BML’s credit card between May 15 and June 30 will have their joining fee and first year annual fee waived off.

Moreover, applicants stand chances to win exciting prizes. This includes chance to win MVR 50,000 topped to one’s card; weekly gift cards worth MVR 5,000; cash back of MVR 2,500 for first 200 customs and 3,000 BML reward points for first 2,000 customs.
