Mohamed Rasheed appointed to HDFC’s board of directors

Mohamed Rasheed has been appointed to the board of directors of Housing Development and Finance Corporation (HDFC).

Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) said they appointed Mohamed Rasheed, M. Hanifaru to the board of directors of HDFC on Thursday in accordance with Article 12 of the Act on Privatization, Corporatization, Monitoring and Evaluation of Government Businesses.

Mohamed Rasheed holds a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Business Administration and a diploma in accounting.

Prior to this, he served as the general manager of Umet Construction Private Limited and as the executive director of Timber House Private Limited.
