Urbanco introduces direct line to MD for queries

Urbanco has introduced a mechanism that allows the public to directly raise queries and complaints regarding services with the corporation’s managing director.

In a statement on Thursday, Urbanco said that the public can directly reach the corporation’s chief via email to [email protected].

Urbanco said the direct line was introduced to provide quick fixes to queries, complaints and feedback.

Urbanco was appointed a new managing director last week – former Felidhoo MP Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed.

In his first press conference this week, Fazul said he was committed to working closely with the media and public.
