SSTV now available on MediaNet

SSTV, run under the Sun Siyam Media (SSM) will now be available from MediaNet.

SSTV is channel number 122 on the largest rebroadcasting service provider.

Previously, the channel was only available from SSNet, the rebroadcasting service under SSM. With the integration of SSTV on MediaNet, the channel will become available nationwide.

Speaking about this expansion, CEO of SSM, Mohamed Asif said though the channel's service has elapsed one year, it has not been rendered across the country. He acknowledged the dedication of SSM staff in expanding the channel's service.

He viewed this expansion as ample opportunity to broadcast SSTV's content to a wider audience.

Although a year old, SSTV has produced and aired multiple original content including live events and elections coverage. The channel was tuned into by several viewers either via SSNet or social media streams.

"It is our vision to make SSTV stand out in terms of its content. The channel has been responsible in producing several original content, most of which have not been previously produced elsewhere. Our aim is to create different and unique programs with the input of youngsters," SSM CEO said.

The channel promises special programs during Ramadan.
