Ooredoo Fun Run 2023: Registration reopens for limited slots

Due to popular demand, Ooredoo Maldives has reopened registration for limited slots in the 2023 Ooredoo Fun Run, with over 5,000 participants already expected to join in the festivities this year.

Interested runners can register and book their slots by ordering their desired Fun Run kit via Moolee.

Ooredoo Fun Run kits are available in two categories:

• Standard kits priced at MVR 100 comes with Fun Run T-shirt and wristband
• Fun kits priced at MVR 200 includes a Fun Run T-shirt, wristband, cloth bag, eyeglasses and a multipurpose bandana.

The Ooredoo Fun Run, which is touted as “The Happiest Run in the Maldives”, is a fun-filled 5K run designed to be enjoyed by families and friends of all ages.

The run is set to be held in Hulhumale’ on December 22.

As an untimed and fun-filled 5K, the event welcomes both new and experienced runners to join in the excitement.

Each kilometer covered will be celebrated with a unique fun station with colors, water, and fun obstacles.

As the run is not a timed event, participants can choose to walk, jog, run or dance to the finish line, where their efforts will be celebrated in style with a foam party, finisher medals and a music show.

This year, to add more fun and a personal touch, Ooredoo enabled BIB customization by allowing requests to have their desired name on the BIB. However, with the run date near, BIB customization option is not available for runners who register now.
