Portal opening direct line to the president launched

A portal opening a direct line to submit inquiries and share complaints and opinions on various matters with President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu was launched on Friday.

The portal was launched by the president himself during the session of ‘Ahaa’ forum held on Friday night; a platform for the public to engage in discourse and ask questions pertaining to public policy.

The portal named ‘Rayyithunge Adu’ will be live starting tonight. Members of the public can log in to the portal via e-Faas to submit their inquiries or share complaints and opinions.

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu announced his decision to establish a direct line to share submit inquiries and share complaints and opinions on various matters while delivering his presidential address at the inaugural sitting of the parliament this year on February 5th.

Speaking after launching – President Muizzu cited one of the most important aspects he stressed during his presidential campaign as working closely with the people. He added that the portal will pave the way for this.

In an earlier remark, the government cited the series ‘Ahaa’ forum, as an initiative in this trajectory.

In addition to this, President Muizzu continues to respond to queries and concerns of the public through ‘Raees ge Javaabu’ series. Moreover, he is currently visiting various islands across the Maldives.

Running a transparent government is an electoral pledge of President Muizzu.
