Jumeirah Vittaveli awarded Romantic Hotel/Resort of the Year

Jumeirah Vittaveli Maldives has been awarded Romantic Hotel/Resort of the Year by AsiaSpa Awards.

Jumeirah Vittaveli was conferred the award at the 12th annual AsiaSpa Awards gala event, held at Hong Kong on November 16, 2016.

It was the only Maldivian resort to win an award at the event.

Upon receiving the award, General Manager of Jumeirah Vittaveli, Amit Majumder noted that it was the seventh award won by the resort this year.

He said that it reflected the strong commitment to excellence in service and facilities by the resort.

“The awards also underline our outstanding offerings when it comes to honeymoons and romantic escapes. The Maldives is traditionally a top destination for couple’s holidays, and to have been singled out in such a competitive landscape is a great honour. Couples will find the time and space here at Jumeirah Vittaveli to spend magical moments together, in an environment of astounding natural beauty,” said Majumder.

AsiaSpa Awards was created by the AsiaSpa magazine in 2005.
