Janah’s daughter Nurain appointed MMPRC’s chairperson

The daughter of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu’s Trade and Investment Principal Advisor Mohamed Ali Janah, Ayesha Nurain Janah has been appointed the chairperson of Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Cooperation (MMPRC).

Nurain’s appointment was announced by MMPRC via a post on X, in which the cooperation congratulated her on her appointment.

Nurain is the vice chairperson of her father’s company, Hotels and Resort Investment.

Nurain obtained her higher education from New Zealand where she resided. In this regard, she completed her bachelor’s degree from the University of Auckland while she obtained her master's degree in accounting from the Auckland University of Technology.

As per her website, Nurain relocated to Maldives last year to participate in the family business.

While Janah has been appointed an advisor to the president – he is also the chairperson of Hotels and Resort Investment and the president of Maldives National Association of Construction Industry (MNACI).
